Yes, currently we only work with QuickBooks Online. QBO offers best in class features suited for small business accounting with bank and merchant connections. We can help onboard you to QBO if you have been using other accounting platforms or Excel based accounting.
Initially you would need to invest ~30 min every month to share your monthly statements and help categorize transactions that do not have historical reference. When you connect all your bank and merchant accounts, you time investment will be close to nothing as we can categorize your transactions based on your historical inputs.
Our Bookkeepers are located remotely in different geographies. We are able to get best in class bookkeepers with Accounting and mathematical expertise at competitive pay scale. 
No. Your Cents & Dimes subscription covers the Basic QBO subscription. If you already have a QBO subscription we will provide a discount of $20 per month on your Cents & Dimes subscription.
Definitely. Our bookkeepers will be available everyday between 8-9 am Pacific or 5-6 am Eastern. For questions raised during other time they will respond to you within 1 business day.
Unfortunately No. If your books and business needs Foreign Exchange support, Cash reconciliation, AP/AR tracking, Multi business tracking, > 2 employees in payroll or Custom reporting, the price will move up. Reach us for custom pricing in such a situation.
We are not equipped to file taxes on your behalf yet. But we will soon be able to and we are working towards that. Until then you can continue to work with your existing CPA for filing taxes or we can provide you with references based on where you are located.
